SHAVED ICE OF REDWOOD STEMS, sour red currant berries and jelly, creme chiboust (no idea what that is) flavoured with jasmine flowers, crispy rice crackers, orange blossom bubbles, covered with roasted almond praline disk spray painted with white chocolate
